Hi, I’m Dale Fulton, founder of Travel Boss and an Independent Travel Advisor affiliated with Fora Travel.

Travel has been a passion of mine for many years, long before I became a travel advisor. What started as planning trips for myself, Cindy, and our family gradually turned into helping friends and relatives plan their vacations as well. Over time, I realized I genuinely enjoyed helping people sort through options, avoid common mistakes, and create trips that fit their goals, preferences, and budget.

My strongest firsthand experience comes from Mexico and the Caribbean. Over the years, I’ve stayed at numerous all-inclusive resorts, sailed on more than a dozen cruises, coordinated group travel, and explored destinations both on and off the typical tourist path. I’ve visited and explored destinations throughout Mexico and the Caribbean, including Cancun, the Riviera Maya, Costa Mujeres, Tulum, Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, San Pancho, Havana, Cuba, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Honduras, Belize, and other Caribbean destinations.

Some of my favorite travel experiences have included visiting Mayan ruins, swimming in cenotes, exploring Río Secreto, experiencing Xcaret, whale watching and attending Rhythms of the Night in Puerto Vallarta, sailing on catamaran cruises, using local transportation throughout Mexico, and discovering the restaurants, communities, and experiences that many travelers never see beyond the resort gates.

I’ve also helped coordinate destination wedding travel and group travel for family and friends, giving me firsthand experience with the unique challenges and rewards that come with planning trips for multiple travelers.

Those experiences taught me something important: a great vacation isn’t just about the destination. It’s about finding the right fit for the traveler. The best trip for one person may be completely different from the best trip for someone else.
